After 3 years of predominantly working on my own at SP - the reputation has grown, the group programs are selling out fast and there is still growing demand for 1-1 training, even with my own client roster being at and around capacity.
The next step is to bring onboard another coach who can be flexible to work with clients on a 1-1 basis, but we aren't just looking for anyone...
What We Want
Ideally an individual who is either newer to the industry or someone who is going through their PT qualifications, and willing to be mentored by myself, with the goal of fast tracking their knowledge and 'coaching IQ'.
Someone who sees this opportunity as a long-term career, has a passion for helping people and just as importantly, willing to invest time, effort and money into their own personal development.
Previous points being considered, the most important to me is that this individual is honest, trustworthy and will represent SP exceptionally, both inside and outside of work. Going above and beyond.
What We Don't Want
Someone who is unsure if this career path is right for them in the longer term. I expect to put a lot of my own time and resources into mentoring whoever it may be, to help them grow and develop their own identity in this industry from the ground up.
Anyone that cannot be relied upon or remain professional. If you aren't willing to go above and beyond for your clients or respect the facility/brand, then you cannot expect it in return.
This opportunity will not be for everyone, as appealing as it may sound - it will require a lot of hard work and dedication, but the longer term investment could be incredible.
If this is something you would like to take up, please contact me directly for more information. If you know of anyone that could also be looking to learn more, please share this on.
