This past Saturday (18th April) we ran an fundraiser for our member Louis and his sister, Giorgia, raising funds towards their 'One Row Live It' campaign. Their challenge is to complete the World's Toughest Row - rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, and raising money for 4 amazing charities close to them...

Our defibrillator is now installed and accessible 24/7 - located on the corner of the building, just left of the main entrance and easily visible from the passing road and roundabout on Bradmarsh Business Park (S60 1BY)

The last 3 years, we have organised a gym trip to take on the Tough Mudder - here is a concise overview from my experience on how to prepare beforehand, and what to bring on the day.

On Saturday 10th May 2025 we ran a 'fitness fundraising morning', to raise money for an external defibrillator to be installed on the front of the gym.
