This program has been built on years of trial and error, as well as continued investments into developing a service that is as high quality as 1-1 personal training, but in an uplifting group setting and at a fraction of the cost.

You don’t need to be fit already, you just need to be ready to start.

How does it work?

 

We train every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and you can attend any of the sessions 7am, 6pm or 7:15pm.

​​

All sessions are 60 minutes.

​

Before joining you will sit down with a coach to discuss your goals, so that you have clear targets to aim to achieve once you get started and a program designed that will help guide you there.

​

Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced gym-goer, from day 1 you will be professionally coached to ensure you have a full understanding of what you have to do in and out of the training sessions to get the most out of your experience.

 

To keep the quality of service high, we never oversubscribe the sessions and have multiple coaches.

​

Outside of the sessions you will not be left to figure the rest out for yourself. We provide continuous support throughout the six weeks... and beyond!

The Fast Track is designed for you to succeed, but it does require extra effort on your part to get there!

Personalised Nutrition Strategy

​

We don’t hand you a generic meal plan and send you on your way.

​

Instead, we work with you 1-1 to build a nutrition approach that fits your lifestyle and goals.

​

That means:

​

  • Understanding your current eating habits

  • Identifying simple, realistic improvements

  • Educating you around food choices

  • Helping you simplify your diet, not restrict it

  • Creating a strategy that works with your schedule, home and work life, and preferences​

  • Providing recipe guides to inspire your new plan and make it enjoyable

  • Regular check-ins to support and quickly provide solutions to struggles as they arise

The goal isn’t short-term dieting.

​

It’s giving you the knowledge, tools and structure to make confident food decisions long after the six weeks are over.

Because real transformation comes from understanding, not being told what and when to eat as an adult.

Price

 

The full 6-Week Fast Track Program is equivalent to less than £50 per week. Compared to the price of a commercial gym membership, plus a regular PT session per week - this is a no brainer for anyone wanting more for less.
