šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼ Skipping exercises/sessions or turning up late, because you can’t be bothered.


šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼ Always delaying or putting off making better lifestyle changes, because you’re ā€˜š˜µš˜°š˜° š˜£š˜¶š˜“š˜ŗā€™.


We live in a world where everything is readily available, and we want everything š™£š™¤š™¬.

Unfortunately there is no shortcut to better health or the physique you envision having.


āœ… Prioritise time to pursue your goals. Block out your diary.


āœ… Put in the effort, because it will be different, uncomfortable and very challenging at times.


āœ… Assess your budget and invest money into yourself and your future health.


All the above apply to not just the physical training, but towards your nutrition, sleep/recovery and mental well-being.
