We live in a world where everything is readily available, and we want everything š£š¤š¬.
Unfortunately there is no shortcut to better health or the physique you envision having.
ā Prioritise time to pursue your goals. Block out your diary.
ā Put in the effort, because it will be different, uncomfortable and very challenging at times.
ā Assess your budget and invest money into yourself and your future health.
All the above apply to not just the physical training, but towards your nutrition, sleep/recovery and mental well-being.
