Gone are the days where you can simply walk straight over to your first exercise and just start lifting...
More than likely, you've either been laid in bed for 8-hours before training first thing in the morning, or sat at a desk working for 8-hours before an evening gym session.
Achey and stiff joints, tight muscles or just simply feeling lethargic and not motivated to push hard in your session?
Give yourself 8-10 minutes before hitting the weights or cardio to prepare your body and get the most out of your session by doing this effective warm-up and mobiliser!
Ps, you don't even need to do this on a training day - you can use it to 'switch on' and limber up anywhere!
