GROUP TRAINING

Our group training program has been designed to give you the tools to succeed in achieving your goals, whether that be fat loss, muscle tone or just to enjoy exercise again as part of a healthier lifestyle.

 

What makes us stand out is our community atmosphere and weekly structure to give purpose to your training and keep you progressing daily.

You will always be welcomed with a smile and made to feel part of our team, not just another number in the membership database like most commercial gyms.

Each session is 30 minutes and full body orientated.

 

Fat burning, full body circuits with a mix of weights, cardio and boxing!

Attend as many sessions as you want per week - most members attend 2-3 and see amazing progress in fitness levels and body confidence.
